Hari Keenam – hari kenduri..huhuhu

Wuuuhuu…hari kenduri 18.06.2011, kenduri kahwin makcik ku….lagi porak peranda diet.

Sarapan : 1 setengah bungkus nasi lemak + 500ml H20

Tengahari : Nasi 2 cawan (harussss…jahanammm diet) + Gulai pisang daging + Sambal ayam goreng + Jelatah Nenas + Sirap sejuk 1 cawan…

Petang : Boleh melantak tiduuurrr…huhuhu, panassss punya halll!!!

6pm ; Pisang goreng 8 ketul….harussss kelaukkk deehhh….

Makan malam : lupe laaa..hhuhuhu, nanti nak ingat2 semula….

H2O – mcm 1.5Liter je amikkk

Teruknyaaa……kelaukkkk diet ku!!!!!
