Hari Kesembilan PD50H

Sarapan ; cuma Red Guara Cafe 1sachet n H2O 1 Liter + Cucur 8 ketol (banyak kaloriiiiii!!!!)

Tengahari ; seperti yang di post

Petangnya cuma habiskan Sup Su’hun dengan Taufu lembut tu…alahaiii..memang sengkak la rasa…nak pulak air dah masuk almost 2.5Liter…lagi ler..

Bagi sessi malam : Nasi 3 suap + ulam-ulaman & Cendawan Masak Lemak..

FYI : Cendawan Masak Lemak tu aku ratah sampai 2 mangkuk….hovveryyy hokkayy!!!!!!

Apapun tahniah sebab first time rasanya habis air putih @ H2O sehingga 4 Liter….penuh perut..rasa lapar pun kurang
